11-year-old enters the stage and announces that she will sing Elvis’ Can’t Help Falling in Love

At The Voice Kids, an 11-year-old girl walked the stage, little in stature but with a voice that would soon startle the world. Elvis Presley’s gentle opening notes of “Can’t Help Falling in Love” seemed to pause time. It wasn’t simply a song; it was a moment.

The judges leaned forward, their faces ranging from incredulous to curious. The audience held their breath, waiting for every note as if the King had returned. No one in the house was dry-eyed after her performance. The judges were stunned since they couldn’t find anything wrong with her performance. The singer received a famous standing ovation as the audience broke the hush with thundering, unrestrained cheers.

There are a lot of gifted children in the world, if the popularity of talent hunt television shows has taught us anything. I have no doubt that you will be amazed by this beautiful German girl.

Georgia Balke, an 11-year-old from Bremerhaven, Germany, has been a fan favorite all season long. She began the year with the 1960s hit song “House of the Rising Sun.” Strangely, Georgia was allowed to compete again despite the judges rejected her earlier this year because of audience votes. Talk about a comeback.

Georgia’s use of the Elvis Presley hit song “Can’t Help Falling in Love” as her epilogue was excellent. She then applauded alongside her “coaches,” Michi Beck (left) and Smudo from the Fantastischen Vier.

The real prize wasn’t announced that night, but later that week. Georgia was unable to attend because of a Covid quarantine.
