Liza Minnelli beautifully performed on stage and earned Lady Gaga’s applause

At the Oscars, there were many momentous moments. One included Lady Gaga and Liza Minnelli. As the event was nearing to an end, the two emerged to present the “Best Picture” prize.

The moment Liza stepped onto the platform, the audience rose to their feet. They reacted with roaring applause that lasted for a long time. They had to wait for their turn to speak.

Lady Gaga had her hand on Liza’s shoulder as she riled up the audience by bringing up the 50th anniversary of Liza’s performance in “Cabaret.” The audience loves you, you see,” Lady Gaga said Liza.

Minnelli performed in the musical “Cabaret” and won the 1972 Academy Award for Best Actress. The picture was directed by the well-known Bob Fosse. Liza may have inherited her skills from her gifted mother, Judy Garland.

Lady Gaga says, “I’m honored to present the evening’s grand prize with a real show business legend.” The celebrity audience responds with more enthusiastic applause.

Liza makes a couple grammatical mistakes as she begins to present the “Best Picture” award. Lady Gaga leans down and pats Liza on the shoulder, saying, “I got you.”

As Lady Gaga continues her show, Liza brightens. It was considerate to save Liza as she struggled with the notecards. Everyone was impressed by Gaga’s compassion and charity.
