“AGT: All-Stars” has brought back 60 past champions, finalists, and fan favourites to compete for the coveted “All-Star” title. The show’s finale, which aired Monday night, featured the top 11 acts, selected by the “AGT” judges and superfans.
13-year-old ventriloquist Ana-Maria Margean has a good chance of taking home the overall prize.

“It was perfect, it was perfect, and you did it even without moving your lips,” said Heidi Klum, the “AGT” judge. “You really are amazing, in my opinion.”
“If Ariana Grande was Romanian and 14 years old with a puppet, I think that’s what we’re witnessing,” “AGT” judge Howie Mandel went on. “You are the perfect example of an All-Star.”
In contrast, Simon Cowell said Margean has a strong chance of succeeding because there is a sizable market for her abilities. Two successful ventriloquists in the industry are Terry Fator and Darci Lynne Farmer, who both took home the ‘AGT’ award.
In fact, Fator, who returned to compete on “All-Stars” earlier this season, had a big impact on Margean’s decision to pursue ventriloquism.
“I got to compete with the person I admire most, and I just want to make him proud,” the teenager said during the final.
On February 27, the winner will be revealed on “AGT: All-Stars,” a two-hour show that airs on NBC. The top 11 acts will be joined by Weezer, Terry Fator, Adam Lambert, Lindsey Stirling, and other musicians for performances throughout the program.
Who is Ana-Maria Margean?
Margean has clearly not been at a disadvantage although ventriloquism has been relatively new to her.
When Margean saw a video of Fator, one of the most successful “AGT” winners ever, at the start of the COVID-19 lockdown, she became inspired to master the technique of ventriloquism. She was given a puppet for her eleventh birthday, and she started working on it right away.
She won the 2021 season of “Romania’s Got Talent” by using her newly acquired talent. The 13-year-old Margean is currently competing on “AGT: All-Stars” and has made it to the competition’s finale. For her “All-Stars” audition, Margean decided to joke about her dog puppet, which her mother had made, and perform a duet of Lesley Gore’s “You Don’t Own Me,” which she had sang during her “Romania’s Got Talent” audition.
She received high ratings from all of the judges, who were impressed that she had only been doing this for a few years.
Following the performance, Klum said, “Wow, it’s no surprise you won.” “You are incredible. You’re really lovely. Your voice is really beautiful. I love your pet, and it was funny too.
Margean also had the backing of her fellow “AGT” ventriloquists. Farmer, who was 12 when she won Season 12 of “AGT,” wrote on Instagram that she was supporting Margean and called her a “superstar,” according to Talent Recap.
Talent Recap reports that Fator, the Season 2 winner of “AGT,” said he was proud to have shaped such a talented young ventriloquist.

During Fator’s debut on the season premiere of “AGT: All-Stars,” Judge Simon Cowell said that if Fator had not signed up to compete, “All-Stars” would not have happened.
According to the Desert News, Cowell said, “Because if you’re going to say we have the ‘best of the best,’ you have to get the best of the best.”
Fator has no regrets about competing, even if he did not make it to the “All-Stars” final.
